Hi guys, not the best quality video or with the best content, this was just using up the last of some 'B' roll shot on my phone, so quality and clarity suffers a bit, apologies. Just wanted to close out the last journey to Ukraine with just a little bit of recording done on the way home.

Didn't film much heading back as we were on the road for 18 hours straight and over 1400kms. This time we went from Kyiv to Moldova to get back into Romania. I also forgot to put the map in as I wanted to highlight a crossing from Ukraine into Moldova that is not open and means an extra 180km detour as we found out! The closed crossing is at Novorozivka near Dubasari on the Moldovian side. My best suggestion if you want to return to Romania from Ukraine and Kyiv, hop on the E95 and head South toward Odessa and then head to Palanca. You can then cross into Moldova as we did and keep driving South West through Moldova to Giurgiulesti where you cross back into Romania.

All that said, for future runs we will just stick with driving North to Siret and entering Ukraine directly and sticking on the road I know best :). Was a good run, got done what we needed to do. Lucian may not come back for another trip as he has a family as we all do, but his kids are at an age they need him and his wife has tolerated it. I hope he does, but he has been to an active war zone several times now to help deliver aid so in my eyes he has done his part and more than many others. I will keep going regularly and again with anyone who wants to join. Next trip will be interesting as I have a guest coming along who read my offer and is coming to Romania to accompany me and help. Awesome. But he will remain a grey man for now :)

Just closed the video with a photo of me and Max and Lucian just inside Ukraine at the border near Siret. Just a postcard to remind us that we make friends for life and that in unique circumstances we all bond as brothers and come together. Its also a tribute to say thanks to Lucian as I know Max will miss him and I will miss having him as company as well. I hope he comes one more time to say a real goodbye to those in Ukraine, but if not, he did his bit.
