Two years ago I removed a small piece of glass from this patient's foot. Now he has developed a painful porokeratoses in the same location. Damage to the sweat glands in the area have resulted in the small, hard area of skin. He tried to deal with it at home, but it became too painful. This video explains this process, as well as showing the removal of the lesion.
