Boxing Triple Jab Drill

Full description below!

As always, please start with a proper warm up (light/moderate cardio and a stretch first!)

Drill: (1-3 mins each)
*Each time, start with 3 jabs moving forward or backward. Advanced and adult students also try moving side to side. Example:
1. J-J-J
2. J-J-J-C
3. J-J-J-C-H
4. J-J-J-C-H-U

Workout:
*Break up the triple jab drill with conditioning rounds in between for a great workout. Feel free to change any of the conditioning rounds to any other workouts you may know. Example:
1. J-J-J
2. Push ups
3. J-J-J-C
4. Sit ups
5. J-J-J-C-H
6. Squats
7. J-J-J-C-H-U
8. Burpees

(J=jab, C=cross, H=hook, U=uppercut)

*Practice by any way you may have available to you (for example- shadow box, heavy bag, pads, partner, etc.)

*For more of a challenge try longer rounds or repeat rounds.

*Drink some water and catch your breath!
