Champs & Muay Thai - Fakes/Faints

Full description below!

As always, please start with a proper warm up (light/moderate cardio and a stretch first!)

Fakes/Faints in combination: 2-3mins each (Muay Thai students add a kick from either leg after each one)

1. Jab-Jab-Cross
2. Fake/Faint-Jab-Cross
3. Jab-Fake/Faint-Cross
4. Jab-Jab-Fake/Faint-Lead Hook (Champs) or Kick (Thai)
5. Mix together all variations from previous rounds.

*Practice by any way you may have available to you (for example- shadow box, heavy bag, pads, partner, etc.)

*For more of a challenge try longer rounds or repeat rounds.

*Drink some water and catch your breath!
