Champs Boxing - Review Week

Full workout below!

1. Warm up & stretch

2. Conditioning: Push ups, sit ups, & squats
(Beginners- 20 each, Intermediate- 30 each, and advanced- 40 each)

3. Punch review: 3x2min. Rds.
(Practice all punches individually, in 2 punch combos and 3 punch combos.)

4. 4 count defense combo: 1x5min. Rd.
(Work combo for your shirt level! Check ‘Boxing Combos’ under our test requirements section if needed)

5. Trigg straight punch combo: 1x5min. Rd.
(Work combo for your shirt level! Check ‘Boxing Combos’ under our test requirements section if needed)

As always practice your boxing by whatever means you have available: Shadow box, heavy bag, mitts, etc.
