You will need: Tape measure, step ladder, Pencil
Measuring your new roman blinds couldn’t be easier, simply follow the steps in this video
Be sure to use a steel tape measure to record your measurements as cloth tapes can sag giving a false reading, and don’t be afraid to measure twice
Where possible have someone hold the other end of the tape and get them to double check your measurements
Always look for obstructions such as door handles, window winders etc when measuring.

OUTSIDE MOUNT
Things to know: With a face fit Roman blind, Width - Measure from the outer edge of architrave Point A to outer edge of architrave. Hint – Where possible, always take the roman Blind past the architrave by a minimum of 20mm on each side. This will assist with privacy and reduce light bleed from the sides of the blind once installed.
Height - Measure from the top of the architrave Point B to the base of the window frame
Hint: If possible measure the roman blind to go below the base of the window by approximately 50mm to reduce light bleed from the bottom

INSIDE MOUNT
As the operating controls can only be accessed from the rear of the blind, Inside Mount Roman Blinds are not recommended as the blind will definitely become damaged through use over time. Therefore, inside mount Roman Blinds are unavailable through eBlinds Australia.
Do not make any further deductions from your measurements; these will be done automatically by the factory
