【Hokkaido Cupcakes 北海道杯子蛋糕】超松软绵密!Super Soft and fluffy!

松软绵密的北海道杯子蛋糕加上卡仕达内陷~冷藏后,内陷冰冰凉凉的,更好吃~
Soft and fluffy Hokkaido cupcakes with custard filling, taste better served cold!

Baking time: 130°C for 35 mins, then 150°C for 25 mins
烘烤时长:130°C 烤35分钟, then 150°C 烤25分钟
Cake 蛋糕体
Cake Flour 低筋面粉 : 55g
Castor Sugar 细砂糖 : 40g
Egg 鸡蛋 : 3
Corn Oil 玉米油 : 40g
Milk 牛奶 : 40g
Lemon Juice 柠檬汁 : Few Drops

Filling 馅料
Egg Yolk 蛋黄 : 1
Corn Flour 玉米粉 : 4g
Cake Flour 底筋面粉 : 4g
Milk 牛奶 : 90g
Castor Sugar 细砂糖 : 15g
Vanilla 香草精 : Few Drops
Whipping Cream 鲜奶油 : 75g

Cup size: 5.8cm x 4.3cm, can do around 12 cups
