THE BEST PEPPER STEAK YOU'LL EVER MAKE COOKING AND EATING

Ingredients:

1.5 lbs ribeye steak sliced thin ( If you don’ t eat beef you may Isr chicken . Its delicious too)
1 tbs baking soda
1 tbs water
2 tsp rice vinegar
1 tsp all-purpose seasoning (optional)
1 small green pepper
1 small red pepper
1 med yellow onion
3 garlic cloves
EVOO for cooking

1 cup cold water
2 tbs soy sauce
2 tbs cornstarch
1 tbs hoisin sauce
1 beef boullion cube
1 tbs sugar
1/4 tsp ground ginger
1 pinch salt (however it's not neccessary)
black pepper to taste
2-3 drops sesame oil (you may add more however it's very potent for my liking)
