PEPPER STEAK - SIMPLY THE BEST RECIPE! Just try it!

INGREDIENTS: (l made some adjustments, pls follow this list of ing.)

BEEF MARINADE: marinate for at least 30mins
2lbs beef sirloin
2tbsp cooking oil
2tbsp honey
1 1/2 tbsp cornstarch
1 tsp soy sauce
1tsp dark soysauce (or ordinary soy sauce if you dont have the dark soy sauce)
black pepper
1tsp ginger and 1tsp garlic

VEGGIES:
green and red bell pepper
onion
celery (optional)
1tsp ginger, 1tsp garlic and oil for sauteing

SLURRY: (you can adjust this proportion)
5tbsp water
2 1/5 tbsp cornstarch
1tbsp soy sauce
1tbsp dark soy sace
black -pepper to taste

NOTE: You can add more water if you want some more sauce to it.
