SPAGHETTI AND FRIED CHICKEN COMFORT FOOD COOKING AND EATING

14.5oz can Hunts Diced Fire Roasted Tomatoes
1.5 cups parmesan cheese
2 tsp fresh garlic minced
1.5 tsp kosher salt
1 tbs sugar
1 tbs EVOO
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1/2 of 6oz can tomato paste
fresh basil
** I left about 1.5 cups off sauce on the side to top with after plating

Fried chicken:

8 chicken wings (brined in 4 cups of water, 5 tbs kosher salt and 2 tsp sugar)
garlic powder
onion powder
black pepper
kosher salt
celery seeds (optional)
ground mustard
paprika
1 egg
milk
plain flour
Other:
12 oz thin spaghetti noodles
1 lb ground beef
1 lb ground Italian sausage
onion
garlic powder
kosher salt
italian seasoning
