SMOKED SALMON BACON ALFREDO PASTA with SPINACH TOMATO AND GARLIC COOKING AND EATING

Ingredients:

12oz penne pasta
8oz smoked salmon (bought from Sam’s Club)
12oz pkg of bacon
6oz frozen spinach (I used approx 6oz out of a 12oz bag)
2 roma tomatoes
approx 8oz mix of mozzarella and provolone cheeses (I freshly grated 4oz of each)
parsley to garnish (optional)
Alfredo sauce:
16oz heavy whipping cream
1/2 stick butter
4oz creme cheese
2 - 2.5 cups freshly grated Parmesan cheese
1 tsp minced garlic (or 2 large cloves of fresh)
2tsp garlic powder
few pinches of salt (may need to adjust depening on the saltyness of your salmon)

**Be sure to leave a few pieces of salmon and bacon to add to the top
**Broil Hi until brown (or you can bake for approx 15 mins @ 400 F)
