Antonius Caviar Tasting - Oysters & Caviar

My friend Jessica and I recently experienced an incredible caviar tasting courtesy of Oysters & Caviar and Antonius Caviar, and I wanted to share this experience with all of you! The best way to truly experience the textures and flavours of caviar is caviar bumps and of course cleansing your palate between different types of caviar with champagne or vodka. In our case we chose the extremely smooth and incredible Aupale Vodka from Québec — chilled to perfection. We had the opportunity to try Antonius Siberian and Oscietra caviars — and let me tell you — this is some of the best caviar I have ever tasted!
