Canada’s Great Kitchen Party Ottawa - September 26, 2022

On September 26, 2022 five of Ottawa’s best Chefs competed for Gold at Canada’s Great Kitchen Party held at Le Cordon Bleu Ottawa Culinary Arts Institute. The five Chefs were vying for the title and privilege to represent Ottawa at the Canadian Culinary Championships that will be held in Ottawa on February 3-4, 2023. Taking home Gold and the People’s Choice Award was Chef and owner of Alice, Chef Briana Kim, with a dish of onion tuile, smoked potatoes, rhubarb jerky, maitake, pickled onion, dill sour cream, facto green tomato and koji broth. Finishing in 2nd spot was Éric Chagnon-Zimmerly of North & Navy and in 3rd position, Justin Champagne of Perch. Chefs Dominique Dufour of Gray Jay and Wapokunie Riel-Lachapelle of Nikosi Bistro Pub wowed guests with their stunning creations and culinary skill.
