Ramen Isshin is now open in Ottawa’s Glebe and I got a sneak peek! What started out as ramen project in Toronto between 3 friends has turned into an incredible handful of noodle houses serving up some of the best noodles and broths I have ever eaten and now available right here in Ottawa! They are now open for takeout and will open for dine-in on January 31! Trust me — the depth of flavour is incredible!
