Antler in Toronto, ON aims to celebrate the wild culinary delights of Canada by creating dishes using regional ingredients that reflect the Canadian Terroir. I had the absolute pleasure of trying the duck-fat washed bourbon old fashioned, duck heart yakitori, elk tartare with house pickles, the best bison rib-eye steak and finished with the maple and toffee pudding. Special Thanks to the staff and Chef owners Michael Hunter and Jody Shapiro on curating one of my most memorable meals ever!
