PAINTING TIMELAPSE || Expressive Portrait in Oil - "Paulette"

A huge thank you to the talented photographer Lucy Blumenfield (find her on instagram: @lucyblumenfield) for submitting the great photo this is based off of! Loved messing around with the bright reds in this painting and figuring out how to make the gems pop (which were originally sparkly stickers in the reference.) Still struggling to stop myself from going too crazy with the details and just let things be, but I really enjoyed painting this :)
