In this episode of WE’RE LIVE with @chefollie, we’re making Prego Rolls inspired by Mozambique! It’s salty! It’s sour! It’s spicy! It smacks you in the face and you guys are gonna BOMB OUT!

Ingredients:
4 thinly sliced Sirloin steaks
or
2 chicken breast’s cut in half (pounded thin with a rolling pin)
or
4 tuna steaks cut thin
or
4 black mushrooms
4 Portuguese rolls (buy fresh on the day or buy now and freeze and I will show you how to refresh them)
4 Bay leaves (Preferably fresh)
1 whole head of garlic, sliced thin
2 tbsp. Smoked paprika
2 tbsp. peri peri powder
125 ml. White wine (if you can find. Leave out if you have to)
62,5 ml. Red wine vinegar
62,5 ml. lemon juice
2 heaped tsp sugar
125 ml. extra virgin olive oil
3 chillies (preferably birds eye, I’m using habanero) chopped up fine with seeds (depends on heat preference... I like it hot)
Salt to taste
Flat Parsley handful chopped
Butter for rolls and frying
