Time: 20 minutes + warm up and cool down
Equipment: Dumbells

Warm up: 0:00 - 3:17
Round 1: 3:17 - 8:10
Round 2: 8:10 - 12:17
Round 3: 12:17 - 16:47
Finisher: 16:47 - 18:50
Cool Down: 18:50 - 20:13
Warm up: 20 seconds on / 10 seconds off.
1) Downdog to back extension
2) Russian Twist
3) Standing Abs
4) Plank Reach
Workout 30/10
1) T2K
2) Jackknife
3) Runners Crunch
4) Side Plank Press
5) Plank Row
6)Downdog weight pass.
Finisher: double russians.
