8 minute Intense Tabata | Tabata Cardio Weights Workout!

Join me in this 8 minute Tabata Cardio workout plus warm up and cool down! This workout uses weights but you can also do without! Love this video give it a thumbs up & don't forget to subscribe, there's a new workout every Monday and a chatty video every Saturday!

Muscles used: Full Bod
Time: 8 minutes + warm up and cool down
Equipment: Kettlebell or Dumbbells.

Time Stamps:
Warm up: 0:00 - 3:54
Round 1: 4:54 - 6:50
Round 2: 6:50 - 9:26
Round 3: 9:26 - 12:02
Cool Down: 12:02 - 14:41

Workout: 20 seconds on 10 seconds off.
1: KB Swings,
2: Jump Squats,
3: Runners,
4: Burpee jump over
5: Plank Jacks,
X 3 rounds.
