BEGINNER SERIES - 20 minute Tabata Weights, Full Body!
Not sure how to start your fitness routine? My beginner series is perfect for you! Todays workout is a a 20 minute full body Tabata workout routine using weights. One of my favourite ways to workout and get super sweaty in a short time!
Muscles used: Full Body
Time: 20 minutes + warm up and cool down
Equipment: dumbbells or KB.
Workout: 30 seconds on and 10 seconds off, 3 rounds in total.
Time Stamps:
Warm up: 0:00 - 5:56
Round 1: 5:56 - 11:39
Round 2: 11:39 - 15:54
Round 3: 15:54 -20-20
Finisher: 20:20 - 22:05
Cool Down: 22:05 - 25:12
Warm up: 20 seconds on / 10 seconds off.
1) Weighted Good Morning,
2) Jump Jacks with DB,
3) Squat,
4) Plank.
Workout 30/10 off
1 Deadlift
2 Row
3 Lunge
4 Push Press
5 DB Snatch
6 Plank Row
X3
Finisher: Swings
