Incredibly easy and incredibly good! My husband’s favorite cookies ever!
Only 3 ingredients, flourless and gluten free. They are called “ugly but goody” because probably are not very good looking but the taste is sublime …

Let’s start with what you will need:

- 2 eggs whites
- 150 g sugar
- 150 g ground hazelnuts
- Pinch of salt

- 2 albumi
- 150 g zucchero
- 150 g nocciole tritate
- Un pizzico di sale
