FOCACCIA Bread Original Italian Recipe, No Knead | Soft and chewy inside and crusty outside
Happy to share the secret of the original Italian Focaccia bread recipe.
Crusty outside, huge open crumbs, soft chewy texture and incredible flavor.
Here it's the step by step recipe for all the bakers passionate out there, you will need:
- All purpose flour 500 g
- Fresh yeast 10 g (or dry yeast 15 g)
- Sugar 2 tsp
- Warm water 420 ml +\-
- Olive Oil 2 tbsp
- Salt 1 tbsp
Topping:
Water+olive oil+salt to brush the top of the focaccia
Sprinkle salt flakes and rosemary.
However you can top with whatever you prefer, like tomato, olives, parmesan, etc
Baking tray dimension 28 cm x 32 cm
Bake on preheated oven for 20/25 minutes at 220 C.

- lievito fresco 10 g (o lievito istantaneo 15 g)
- zucchero 2 cucchiaini
- acqua tiepida 420 ml +\-
- olio di oliva 2 cucchiai
- Sale 1 cucchiaio
Copertura:
Acqua, sale e olio da versare con un pennello sulla focaccia prima di cuocere.
Cospargere sale in fiocchi e rosmarino. Comunque potete mettere sopra quello che preferite, come pomodori, olive, parmigiano, etc.
Dimensione teglia 28 cm x 32 cm
In forno pre riscaldato per 20/25 minuti a 220 gradi.
