Focaccia bread in a pan #shorts

Easy and delicious focaccia bread recipe.
Ingredients:

Flour 300 g
20 g olive oil
5 g salt
170 g water
10 g fresh yeast

Diameter pan cm 30

Let the dough rest for 2 hours. Place it in the pan and let it rest for another hour.

Cook for 15 minutes each side at low heat.
