RASPBERRIES CHEESECAKE | Easy and quick (no-bake, no-gelatin)

Tasty raspberries cheesecake in a glass, easy, quick and beautiful.

Here you go down below the ingredients:

For the crumble base
- 100 g digestive cookies or any cookies of your liking
- 60 g melted unsalted butter
- 100 g walnuts chopped by hand

For the raspberries coulis
- 150 g fresh raspberry (or frozen)
- 20 g sugar
- 5 ml lemon juice

For the cream cheese filling
- 200 g cream cheese
- 150 ml whipped cream
- 30 g powdered sugar
