How a Master Chef Catches Thailand’s Giant River Prawns for an Ancient Thai Dish — Made in Thailand
Just outside of Bangkok, Thailand, chef Chudaree “Tam” Debhakam is joined by her mentor, the legendary chef Prin Polsuk who is known for uncovering ancient Thai recipes and reinventing them. In this video the two fish for giant river prawns to make kanom jeen nam ya, a noodle and curry dish.
