Welcome to a yoga sequence for sciatica and back pain. This is the class you want to practice when your pain is intense and you need some gentle stretching to get back on the right track.

Beginner friendly. All levels welcome.

Remember the times to stay in each pose are just suggestions. Feel free to take what you need from each posture and take child's pose when you need a break. Always honour what feels best in your body and make sure that you are able to breathe easily and fully in each position.

Put on something comfy and let's hop on the mat.
