Welcome! Todays class is for athletes or anyone who wants to boost the recovery of sore muscles. We will stretch out our bodies and get the blood flowing. Then we will sit for two minutes in one deep release yin postures for our glutes and hips. Roll out your mat and let’s do it.

All levels welcome. No props needed.

Feel free to take what you need from each posture and take child's pose when you need a break. Always honour what feels best in your body and make sure that you are able to breathe easily and fully in each position.
