Welcome to a slow morning yoga stretch. We will be stretching out the entire body. Moving mindfully and intentionally. This is a great way to let go of stress, anxiety and any body tension and get your day started on the right foot.

No props needed.

This is class is beginner friendly. All levels welcome. Only go as deep as you need in a pose.

Remember the time to stay in each pose is just a suggestion. Whenever you have had enough return to child pose or shavasana.
