材料:
◇牛奶: 一公升
◇豆漿: 一公升 (可換成牛奶)
◇優格/菌種/優酪乳: 一湯匙
液體的份量可以減少至一公升,優格/菌種/優酪乳改成加進半匙(根據The Joy of Cooking《烹飪的樂趣》這本書,菌種或優格加得越少,做出來的成品越濃醇,所以不必求多)。那匙優格可以是你上一批優格所剩下來的。優格完成後可以冷藏保存兩個禮拜。
Ingredients:
◇1 liter of milk
◇1 liter of soy milk (or milk)
◇1 tbsp of starter yogurt/culture powder
You can reduce the amount of liquid to one liter in total, with the starter changed to half a tablespoon. According to The Joy of Cooking, the less the starter, the thicker the yogurt. The starter can be from the last batch of yogurt you made earlier. It keeps in the refrigerator for two weeks.
