As Many Rounds As Possible means doing YOUR best and challenging yourself to perform each leg or booty exercise for 8 reps as many times as possible within 5 minutes. That lower body is going to be feeling the heat after this one. Bring it on Day 3!!

5 AMRAP Circuits. 4 exercises x8 reps each for as many rounds as possible in 5 minutes.
