More UK Legal Militaria - Real bullets (rounds) which are Inert (totally safe & legal) & magazines.

(links are below) You can buy actual REAL bullets, which are inert. This means, the cartridge is empty and has no gun powder in it. The primer is also discharged, so these inert rounds (also called dummy rounds) have no dangerous or restricted substances in them. Like inert grenades, these inert bullets are the real deal, only safe and TOTALLY LEGAL for you to buy and own.

So whether you like to collect militaria in general, you're a gamer or you're an airsoft person etc and you'd like to own some 5.56, 7.62, .50 BMG etc etc so you can have it in your hands and see the real deal in the flesh (only, inert versions which are safe and will not be quite as heavy) then it's a great thing!

Also, which was news to me till a few days ago, gun magazines are UK LEGAL for any person to buy, the same as the inert bullets. No licenses or firearms certificates required, just order online and it gets delivered like anything else you buy! Since they are not a pressure-bearing component, they are not restricted at all...

So you can actually buy a rifle or pistol magazine, load it up with inert dummy bullets and you have a real piece of militaria which looks real, mostly feels real (weight will be slightly lower, since the inert bullets are all empty) and you can display it, take it down and pull the rounds out of it to either show off to your friends or clean & polish the rounds etc.

To Americans, bullets might be nothing special, but we in the UK never really get to see them in the flesh. So being able to buy inert ones is very cool indeed!

I think my next, and last purchase for this shelf, will be a Glock 17 magazine and fill it up with 9mm inert rounds, so that way I will have a rifle magazine with rounds that are both the same that British troops use and I would then have a pistol magazine and rounds which are also used by British troops.

For the bullets, ensure you are looking in the "Inert Dummy Rounds" section, because these are the safe inert ones, and the ONLY ones you can buy, as a regular non-firearms person.
