14 DAY ABS CHALLENGE | Workout 14 | ABS BURN!

It's our last day of the Abs Challenge and I'm so proud of you all! I just want to say, it isn't over. This is just a taster of what you can achieve with just 10 minute Abs workouts. I strongly recommend that you repeat this 14 Day Challenge as many times as you like, approx 4 of my Abs workouts per week. You can also couple this with my other Hourglass and 30 Day Workout Challenge.
Let's do this! Grab a set of light weights (or water bottles/ baked beans cans) and let's do this!
