Turnkey Properties: The pros and cons.

Turnkey properties are the subject of this week's episode. Turnkey properties are homes (usually single family houses) that have been bought, renovated, and are ready to have tenants placed inside.

Turnkeys are popular for mean reasons. They eliminate most of the work and headache for investors. However, there are trade offs. There is a mark up for the service and aren't always as great of a deal as they appear.
