High intensity interval training is great for blasting a ton of calories in a short amount of time! A workout like this is usually an "100% all out" type of exercise, followed by a longer rest period. These are a few of the other benefits you get from doing more HIIT workouts!

- 400M WARM UP JOG
- DYNAMIC STRETCHING + ACTIVE WARM UP SUCH AS BUTT KICKERS, HIGH KNEES, LONG SRIDES ETC.
- AFTER YOUR DYNAMIC WARM UP, MAKE SURE YOU STRETCH YOUR HAMSTRINGS, QUADS, GLUTES AND UPPER BODY TO MAKE SURE YOU ARE 100% READY TO SPRINT AT 100% MAX EFFORT.
HIIT WORKOUT IS:
80 YARDS ALL OUT SPRINT
2 MINUTE WALK BACK AS YOUR REST PERIOD
REPEAT THAT 4X BACK TO BACK.
ONCE YOU ARE DONE, COOL DOWN BY RUNNING FOR 400M AROUND THE TRACK!
