EEK! I'm kind of nervous to put this out there but these are officially my new year GOALS! To gain STRENGTH + some lean muscle and apparently to lose a lot of body fat at the same time according to the body fat testing done in this video!

who Is super knowledgable and works under the "bio-sig" practice of Charles Poliquin!

This is episode 1 of a 12 weeks series that I'll be taking you guys through to show my progress and also to give SOOOO much free info on how to completely change your body composition (lose body fat + gain lean muscle) while not focusing on WEIGHT necessarily but body fat testing and strength testing.
