Try out this Leg & Booty bleacher workout on your next Lower Body Training day!!

*** LEG & BOOTY BLEACHER WORKOUT ***

WARM UP:

Walk Up & Down the bleachers 3 x Up & Down (Superset)
Walking Lunges - 3 x 20 total

Repeat 2- 3 x

WORKOUT:

1A: Single Leg Step Ups - 3 x 15 reps per side (Superset)
1B: Stair Squat Jumps 3 x 10 jumps

2A: Bulgarian Split Squats 3 x 15 reps (Superset)
2B: Close Stance Stair Squat Jumps 3 x 10 jumps

3A: Curtsy Lunges - 3 x 15 reps (Superset)
3B: Stair Sprints - 3 x Go all the Up & Walk Down
