I spoke about this earlier this week but I'm on a (now 13 week) prep to push myself & break out of my own comfort zone, & work on improving my mind / body and reach my best for a @pharmafreak Photoshoot that I'm prepping for. & I want to take the IG & YouTube fam through the process! You will learn how I got in to fitness in this episode and how it has helped shape who I am today despite the ups and downs!
