LEG DAY CIRCUIT l WHAT'S IN MY GYM BAG?

MONDAY MEANS LEG DAY! Let's start the week strong everyone!

Try out this leg circuit out if you're short on time and want to get a good workout in!

20 MINUTE LEG CIRCUIT:

CIRCUIT #1:
BARBELL SQUATS - 10-12 REPS
BARBELL HIP THRUSTS - 10-12 REPS
WALKING LUNGES - 10-12 REPS PER SIDE
BOX JUMPS - 10-12 REPS

REST 1-3 MIN BETWEEN EACH CIRCUIT SO THAT YOU CAN FULLY RECOVER AND PERFOM EACH CIRCUIT BACK TO BACK WITH NO REST!

REPEAT CIRCUIT #1 A TOTAL OF 3-4 TIMES

CIRCUIT #2
BARBELL DEADLIFT - 10-12 REPS
WEIGHTED CURTSY LUNGE - 10-12 REPS
BANDED LATERAL WALKS (GLUTE FOCUS) - 10-12 REPS
STIFF LEG DEADLIFT BURPEE - 10-12 REPS

REST 1-3 MIN BETWEEN EACH CIRCUIT SO THAT YOU CAN FULLY RECOVER AND PERFOM EACH CIRCUIT BACK TO BACK WITH NO REST!

REPEAT CIRCUIT #2 A TOTAL OF 3-4 TIMES

TRY TO DO THIS WITHIN 20 MINUTES!
