5 Minute Lean Legs Workout | Follow Along with No Equipment

Lean legs workout | no equipment

Hello everyone!

Here is an absolute favourite of mine if I have 5 minutes and wanted to work my legs and include some calf work! Simply try to balance throughout on your tip toes! Looks easy.... but it is tricky lowering into and out of squats with holding this balance!

The exercises are as follows:

Traditional squats
Sumo squat
Lunge
Lunge
Close stance squat

Each exercise to complete for 1 minute each. Within each minute the breakdown is as follows:

0-20 seconds: full range
20-40 seconds: pulses
40-60 seconds: hold

Only exception is the close stance at end as we do the hold first followed by the pulses!
