My 4 Months Front Lever Progression

I hope you enjoyed the video! And I hope this motivates you.
It's been a long and hard journey and I'm proud of my achievement.
I trained the Front Lever 4 times a week + greasing the groove whenever I could, I had 2 push workouts in the week and I was training the Handstand besides that. If you want a tutorial on this one, please let me know!
I'm working on my new training programm for achieving the Planche.
