My 5 Months Planche Progression

I hope this video motivated you and you enjoyed it.
I trained planche 4 times per week + greasing the groove whenever I could.
Through this time I've experienced all types of emotions, but in the end I also learned from this.
I will keep training it, next step is to improve the straddle and learning other handstand elements. I'm not gonna rush for the full planche, I want to become a strong plancher and do things like planche press and planche push ups. Doesn't mean that full planche is not my goal, it definitly is!
