Hello Potstickers! September has been busy with grape crush 2021. We have been busy crushing and pressing over 20,000 pounds of grapes for our 2021 vintage at 4e Winery. That's why you haven't seem much in the way of cooking videos from me. But now that crush is over and the wines are happily fermenting in tanks and barrels, I can get back to creating some cooking content for you. Stay tuned! I have a lot planned for you this fall!
