Hello Friend!
Weirdly, it's like the last few times I've been uploading, I'm soo exhausted. More than I was during finals week- maybe because I don't get the regular school routine and strict orders of just doing work in studio and then sleeping as early as possible. With the traveling and everything thrown in, my sleep is out of wack and I find myself wanting to nap more in the day and sleeping in way later than usual.. Things I hope to change asap and get back into the comfort of early nights and early mornings.
As you see, I went to the opposite side of the color spectrum with my new hair color! Last december actually is when I visited Duet Salon and had my hair dyed red, and for 2019 I guess blue is the color. I originally wanted a smokey/icy pastel blue, but the copper hair dye on my ends wouldn't lift. It just wasn't possible to get that color (until I grow out new hair that was never copper.) So we had a discussion to see how we can meet halfway with what we have to work with, and I decided to go towards a warm blue (AKA teal) direction so that it can complement the copper color that is left in my hair. It was either that, or to go a DARKER blue that's like navy or royal blue. Those are nice, but I love lighter value hair colors and didn't want to go dark this soon, which is why I opted for a light teal.
I'll talk more in depth about it in a separate video. If you are to look closely, there are a lot of copper strands in my hair (especially ones near the bottom of my neck) that makes the blue look more green from afar.
In this vlog, I was dyeing my hair (the entire 7.5 hours) while Lilith and Tyler went Christmas shopping! After we had pho together, we visited Christmas in the Park, something that brings back memories from way back when..
Now, I am sitting inside our cabin for the next three nights, and have an early morning tomorrow! We are going to go skiing, and it's going to be my cousin's first time. He's really nervous, but I'm sure it's gonna be so fun. I actually took my sister just this thanksgiving for the first time (we both were scared for her) and it turned out she's reallly good at it and loves to go fast. So that's the agenda for tomorrow..
I have yet to edit the thanksgiving vlog of our trip to that lovely cozy cabin, but I think i will save it for early 2019 in winter. I don't want to break the rhythm of these December Dailies.
