How to Outsource Website Work

If you use Freelancer.com or similar website to subcontract website, writing, or technical work for your business, you already know that within a day or two, you will be inundated with dozens of proposals (bids) from subcontractors of various skill-sets. This abundant response requires a special procedure on your part so that you will pick the perfect contractor in the end and not omit a diamond in the rough. Use the Add Note feature to add a snipet and star rating as you review the messages and attachments submitted by each subcontractor. This allows you to keep track of your best prospects for your project in real-time. I actually made a video requesting for a feature like this to be implemented on Freelancer, before I actually noticed that it was there for who knows how long. Anyways, I'm sure this Rating System for your bids will greatly simplify choosing the right contractor for your job.
