Your First Clue in Spotting a Phishing Email Scam
The actual email address does not include the domain name from where the sender is supposedly sending the email from.

Example: The senders name is "Facebook.Accounts" but the actual email address is E41BAE8B@hidden.com. If this email was from Facebook the real email address would include the domain name of "Facebook", so it would look more life ???@Facebook.com

Your 2nd Clue in Spotting a Phishing Email Scam
You see web address written out such as http://www.facebook.com/home.php as seen in this video, but when you hover over the web address, you notice a much different web address. This is a spoofed web address and my advice is that you never click links like this ever!

Think about it, why are they showing you one thing, but taking you to a totally different place?

In Outlook right click your suspicious email and click on Message Options , then you can examine the Internet Headers of the email.
