STARBUCKS LEMON LOAF RECIPE
This is the Starbucks lemon loaf recipe & it is super moist and delicious.
Listed below are the ingredients & instructions.

INGREDIENTS (DRY)
1 1/2 cup flour
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 salt
INGREDIENTS (WET)
3 eggs
1 cup sugar
2 tbsp butter softened
2 tsp lemon extract (or substitute with lemon zest)
1/3 cup fresh lemon juice
1 packet instant lemon pudding
1/2 cup oil
3/4 cup plain yogurt
1 lemon zest
INGREDIENTS (FROSTING)
3 tbsp butter softened but not melted
1 1/2 cup powdered sugar
3 tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp lemon extract (or use lemon zest)
INSTRUCTIONS
Preheat ove to 350 degrees. Line 5 x9 loaf pan with wax paper.
spray pan with non-stick baking spray. Set aside.
In mixing bowl combine the flour, baking soda, baking powder, instant lemon pudding and salt, mix and set aside.
In separate bowl mix (wet ingredients) eggs, sugar, butter, vanilla, lemon extract, lemon juice, oil and yogurt, use hand mixer & mix well.
Gradually add the dry and wet ingredients and add lemon zest & mix until just combined.
Pour batter into prepared loaf pan & bake for 60 minutes until centre is fully set, and tooth pick comes out crumb free. After baking let cool in pan for 15-20 min, run a knife around the sides of pan and gently remove from pan. Continue cooling cake on a cooling rack.
For the frosting: Combine the butter, lemon juice, lemon extract mix well, gradually add powdered sugar and beat until smooth and creamy.
Evenly spread frosting over the top of cooled loaf. Refrigerate to set frosting set completely before slicing. Refrigerate any leftovers in an airtight container.
