Upper Body Calisthenics Workout in the Park

Dave and I have been working out outdoors lately instead at the gym.

Our typical ring workouts aren't usually planned, we often just play around flipping our bodies and seeing what kind of exercises we can make up.

Apologies for the extreme wind.

The routine we did on this day was:

- 5-minutes of stretching with the stick
- 5 sets of 7 ring dips
- 5 sets of 6 alternating ring pull-ups
- 4 sets of 10 body weight ring pulls
- 2 sets of 10-15m lizard crawl
