Three Keys to a Good Warmup

Every good warmup should have these three things:

1. Stabilise the body, connect the mind and muscles
2. Activate the muscles, activate the muscles you're going to use
3. Mimic the movement, practice the movement you're about to do

Any combination of exercises could be used to encapsulate these three things. In today's workout, we focused on deadbugs (to align hips, shoulders and lower back), banded deadlifts (to activate hips, glutes and hamstrings) and bodyweight squats (to mimic a similar movement to deadlift).
