"Thank you" | Coronavirus 10-minute Bodyweight Bedroom Workout (follow along)

This 10-minute bodyweight workout can be performed anywhere, including your bedroom.

Many countries are implementing social distancing rules to stop the spread of COVID19 (Coronavirus), that doesn't mean you shouldn't keep moving.

Remember, the goal isn't to exhaust yourself, it's to get your blood flowing, break a small sweat and get on with distancing yourself from the public.

Day 3 #repsforrona workout:
- Technical stand
- Hip thrusts
- Burpees with a twist (pushup to star jump)
- Froggies/frog pumps
- Plank hold
- 30 seconds on for each exercise, 30 seconds off, 2 rounds
