Burn fat and have fun with these unconventional movements *follow along*

Movement should be anything but conventional. When you first try these movements, they might feel strange compared to what you're used to. Soon you'll realise they're the opposite of unconventional.

Day 27 #repsforrona (doing the unconventional):
Equipment needed: tennis ball/ball
- Frog hop/gorilla crawl
- Bear crawl
- Sidewards crab
- Juggling/keep the ball alive (off the ground)
- Bunny hops
- 40 seconds on for each movement, 20 seconds rest, twice

This video was recorded during the COVID-19 lockdowns of 2020. A time where many are being told to stay at home. But that doesn't mean you have you stop moving. These movements are a great way to stay safe, keep moving and have fun.
